By submitting one or more photographs to the Petcentric Weekly Photo Challenge, you agree to the following rules and terms:

Submissions

• You must submit your photograph as a digital file no smaller than 520 x 390 pixels, with a file size under 2MB.
• You must submit your photo as a GIF or JPG file.
• You may submit any number of photographs during each week, but you may not submit the same photograph more than once per week.

Voting & Winner Selection

• Each entry may be voted on by both anonymous and registered users.
• Each user shall only vote once per entry, but may vote for as many entries as they like.
• Each week, a winning photo will be selected based on receiving the highest number of votes from among that week's entries. All photos submitted for each week's challenge will remain visible on petcentric.com.
• Winning entries may be featured on petcentric.com, in our email newsletter(s) or on other Purina properties.
• We will attempt to notify you via your provided email if your photo wins a weekly contest.
• There is no physical or monetary prize awarded to weekly winners.

Rights & Permissions

• By entering the contest you warrant and represent that you own the copyright to your photograph(s) and that you have obtained all required permissions from all persons, the parents or legal guardians of minors, and the owners of all private property and trademarks appearing in the photograph to take the photograph and grant to petcentric the rights herein granted.
• Any submission that prompts a legal challenge for any cause will be disqualified and removed from the site.
