English Springer Spaniel
The typical Springer is an extrovert by nature. Springers are friendly, eager to please and willing to obey. Aggression and dominance are not common in the breed, but can become a problem if the dog isn’t trained carefully when young. They make good companions and family dogs. Some dogs of this breed can be stubborn or timid, even resorting to nipping and growling. However, this is the exception, not the rule.

English Springer Spaniel
All Spaniels can trace their origins back to Spain. In 1892, the Kennel Club of Great Britain recognized Cocker and Springer Spaniels as separate breeds, even though they sometimes appeared in the same litter. This breed is one of the oldest sporting dogs.
