Cats control humans? This isn't news to us!

September 21, 2009 - by Rocki & Ava

Ava and I just read (yes, we read…why would this surprise you?) an article about how we cats use our meows and purrs to make our humans respond.

Here's a link to the study for your amusement.

We must say, we’re rather impressed that you’ve figured it out at all. Especially Ava. She was sure that we could distract you from discovering it for years to come, simply through our disarming beauty and charm…

You figured it out.

not to mention our mesmerizing antics.

Despite our charm and antics

Because let’s face it – humans are fairly easy to entertain. And if there’s anything our experience with people has taught us, it’s that once we charm you, we control you. Admit it…you find us irresistible.

Of course, as Ava says, we can’t blame you. Whether we’re meowing or not, we know how to get what we want.

Remember that next time you try to get us to respond to that cat toy. Very likely, you’re just responding to us. Purrrrrrr……

Purrrrrr.
